iTunes for PC

Anytime I try to install iTunes on my PC, I get the following errors:
"Internal Error 2356.data1.cab" and then "Error: 1603 Fatal Error During
Install"
Any idea why or what I can do?

It's possible you have a corrupted download. You might try downloading the
software again and trying the install with the new download.
