itunes.exe has generated errors

Hi all,

have installed iTunes on my PC, and when i try to launch the
application, i get the error "iTunes.exe has generated errors and will
be closed down etc etc"

Therefore, not allowing me to get into the application. Have tried
installing update 4.1.1 but still no go.

PC is running Win 2000 - freash install too.

Any ideas???

If you haven't done so, apply the win2k service pack 4.
