It's possessed!! AGFA ACCUSET

Can anybody please help me with this weird problem?
I have a friend who has a very basic PC as she is a complete newbie.
It has XP SP2 and I installed an old Canon BJ265SP printer to get her by
until she gets used to computing.
At this stage she is only using notepad as a typing tool and for some
reason, now on two occasions when she has printed a page, the printer
has gone berserk and printed off pages of garbage.
When I looked at installed printers, a printer 'AGFA-ACCUSET V52.3' had
installed itself as the default printer!
I duly deleted it and it was ok for a couple of days and then lo and
behold it was back with 2 installations this time!!!
The first page of the garbage starts of with '%!PS-Adobe-3.0'

Any clues please??
TIA, Willy

The issue is probably one of printing text from Notepad whilst
using a Postscript font as the default instead of a matching
TruType font that is present in the old Canon printer. As a
result, Windows is choosing the first Postscript printer or its
driver that is in its install list. Re-configure Notepad for the
default fonts of the printer.
