In the task schedule wizard, Back-up and Disk Cleanup are
both on the list of programs, but Disk Defragment
isnt....my computer's livelyhood is based off of that
defragmenter.....does anyone know how to schedule it?

You can always use dos command line arguments to start the process without a
gui interface in scheduler. (Open a cmd box and do "defrag /?" to see the
arguments.) But I have to ask - how can your computer's livelihood be based
off a defragmentation run? If your computer slows to a crawl without
defragmentation, it's time for a larger, or second, or both, hard drive.

John, you can add it to the list. Just select Browse>go to
C:\Windows\System32\Dfrg.msc click on it and just follow
the instructions.
