The English language is ever evolving.

As the article mentions, Shakespeare's English language was different to Chaucer's.

I was possibly something of a purist in my younger years, almost snobby about the 'Queen's English'.

Now, I've aged somewhat and I embrace the changes that take place year by year, it means our spoken word should never be boring.
