WHY in God's name did you disable ALL your accounts?
Do you still have the packaging? If so I suggest you pack your computer up
and return it to the vendor for a full refund. Then stick to something you
know something about.

Understandable question, but why in God's name did XP let him do it?!

And why be sarcastic? There are still MANY people new to PCs, and indeed XP,

Are you able to use a phone with your disability? If so, I suggest you call Microsoft, @ 1-877-335-5638, or 1-800-624-9892, or 1-800-624-9896. This can be a very tedious and irritating process, but they will probobly be able to help.
You are going to need to tell them a couple of things when you call.
Product Key # which can be located on your computer tower, usually on the side, it is a combination of letters and numbers ( 25 on mine) and you might need you service tag number, but I can't remember where to find that. I wrote both numbers down in my Owners Manual, along with Tech Support phone numbers.

And, as far as the eloquent post made by Gordon...ignore it. Everybody has one, doean't mean you have to be one.
