ItemSelected color in list box

Hello All:
One quick question. How can I change the default
highlight color of a list box? Is there a simple way that
I'm overlooking? I'm using a standard grey backcolor and
the itemselected is highlighting black. I would like to
change this color to match the color scheme of my form.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's part of your system wide Windows color/theme settings and cannot be
changed individually for the Access app.
