Item "Stuck" in Outbox

I have an item in my Outbox that cannot be opened,
forwarded, deleted, printed or moved to another folder.
How can I get this out? (I am on an Exchange server and
all E-Mail sent previously or subsequent to this item
have properly gone to my Sent Items folder.)
 
Hi Diana,

Try going Offiline and then go ahead and then delete the mail in the Outbox.
File --> work Offline.
