It turn back on

Hi,

Check the system BIOS for a "wake on..." feature that needs to be disabled.
Possibly "wake on lan" or "wake on ring".

After closing out the computer. It turns back on by it's
self.

In the Control Panel System Properties dialog on the Advanced tab, click
on the Startup and Recovery Settings button. There is an option to
automatically restart on system failure. Remove the check. I would
guess that something is failing when you close out your computer.
