I live in Sweden. I quite often handle figures in feet or inches, and I think
this is unneccessary since it is possible to convert them to meters. I was
wondering whether or not such a feature exists and if noot will it be
included in a patch or another version?

I'm not clear on exactly what you are suggesting.

If you mean you need to be able to enter margin measurements, etc in
something other than what the default masurement system is set to, that
capability is already there. IOW, if your measurement system is set to
Millimeters you can still set a margin to one inch by typing either 1" or 1
in into the value box. Word will make the conversion & accept the value.

OTOH, if you mean you would like to have a 'converter' because you have
measurements in meters & need to *type* them in feet equivalents, just Google
the web. There are any number of such utilities available, many of them
freeware & you can use them *anytime*, not just while in your Word Processing
Program.
