Option to convert SENTENCE into complete Capital letter

A

Anish

There should be a option to convert a sentence written in small letters to
capital at one select . And even a sentence written in any form can be
converted to a proper sentence with punctuations .

Format, Change Case gives you options to change the selected text Case. Also
Shft+F3 will toggle between three of the options, no Caps, Initial Caps, and
All Caps. So I think Word covers your first suggestion.
Your second one would be more difficult; Word Grammar checker does, to a
certain extent, cover basic punctuation and works quite well. You may need to
change the Grammar Settings in the Spelling & Grammar dialog to get better
performance than you are currently seeing. But to get Word to automatically
change a poorly written copy into a perfectly punctuated passage, I don’t
think so.

All the best

Word already provides the tools to change the case of text. Shift +f3 will
toggle between the various options , based on the text you select (or from
Word 2007 Home > Font > Change Case, the options are listed and my be
selected). What it can't do is write the document for you, complete with the
correct punctuation.
