If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
(e-mail address removed) asked:
| When I login to my computer it says I have "2 unread Mail
| messages" (under my user name) after loging in I open
| Outlook to read my "2 new messaages" and there is nothing
| in the inbox, outbox, trash etc.-- So For some reason I
| can't get that "2 unread email messages" to stop
