ISTbar

[Hitman]

I can't remove ISTbar from registry with microsoft
antispyware. It finds the value and removes. But when I
rescan I see that it's still there.

Check your
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
key for one or more programs that you don't recognize. I
got hit with this one and had to remove two things out of
there. MAS can't seem to track down all files related to
it. Please also submit a suspected spyware report so that
they can add it!

I agree with A Tester's thoughts, and would also suggest scanning in safe
mode for any instance in which Microsoft Antispyware says it has removed
something, but, in fact, it has not.
