Issues with Start up...

Hey Guys, ok here's the deal, the computer boots quickly however when I get
to the log on screen and I choose either log on, it hangs for a few seconds,
(20 or so) then loads only some of the progams into the task bar such as
Norton corp 9.0, spysweeper, network connection, but doesn't load my popup
filter or MSMSGR. NOTE HOWEVER, if I log off and then log back on everything
loads.

I have uninstalled the pop up filter, swept my system inside and out with
six diffrent spy programs and virus programs NOTHING, no virus, I
reinistalled SP2 uninstalled SP2 no change. Please if anyone has heard of
this please let me know.
