issues after insalling sp2

After installing sp2 I am unable to receive email through
outlook express 6. I have tried system restore, disabling
firewall, and popup blockers. This did not resolve the
issue. I have called dell techs and they coundn't fix the
problem. Help!!!!
 
did you try making sure the pop3 and smtp server names are
still correct? They might have been effected
