Issue with Component services and iis on Windows xp pro

I have a Windows XP Pro machine that I have installed IIS on. IIS will serve
htm pages but I get a "Server Application Error" when trying to serve asp
pages. These pages are the default pages that install when IIS is setup. I
also get a "8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed
Transaction Coordinator"

I need help resolving this issue.
