2. What are the specs of your comp?
3. What version are you trying to install?
4. Do not install realplayer on your comp unless you
REALLY NEED TO and LOVE SPYWARE.

In my opinion that's a good thing. Real Player is a very poorly written
piece of software that is full of spyware.

Contacting Real Networks would be your best bet.
