Issue w/ hotfix 840987

I have discovered the same issue at work. Our clients are part of an
NT4 domain, so I'm not sure if this has something to do w/ it. If you
logon using a local account instead of a domain account, the message
does not popup. Anybody have any ideas of how to make this message
popup window not popup when a user logs on to a computer?
 
Please take this question to the windowsxp.network_web newsgroup and when
you do, be sure to tell them what message you are talking about, give them
the exact contents of the message and when exactly it pops up.
