Issue installing MS BCM

I am having issues intstalling Business Contact Manager. I am running
a 64 bit version of Vista with Office Professional 2007 but every time
I try to install the BCM I get an error of "Setup failed to install
the required component Microsoft Office Web Components. Microsoft
Office Professional 2007 CD 2 cannot continue. See C:\Users\name
\AppData\Local\Temp\ MBSsetuptmp8df2.log for more detail. I see a
consistent error code of "DEBUG: Error 2203: Database: . Cannot open
database file." in each log file after each attempted install. Does
this have something to do with the default destination folder of
Program Files (x86). I thought about changing the path to the Program
Files folder instead but wasn't sure if that would cause an issue.

Please help!

I don't recall ever installing BCM v3 on Vista 64, but I know that
Program Files (x86) is where Vista 64 puts at 32 bits programs, so
that's the right place.

I would NOT BOTHER with Business Contact Manager, it is NOT functioning
properly with anyone that I know. I've spent several (Too Many) hours on the
phone with Microsoft Tech Support, and even THEY discourage it's use, it is
too messy to work with right now.

Are you kidding me? I haven't messed with BCM for at least 2 months... I
thought I'd give it another try, but it appears there are still too many of
the same issues that I experienced.

Move on? Absolutely!
