ISP Shortcut

I am on a dial up connection and the shortcut on my desktop to my ISP no
longer works. How do I fix this?

Go to the Control Panel/Network Connections and/or Phone and Modem Options
and right click your functioning connection and select "Create Shortcut".
Once you get a good one on the Desktop, delete the other.
