ISP Gateway

Hi all you experts! I have been looking into whether it's possible to make
free VOIP calls to mobile phones from my pc using software such as SJphone or
Free World Dialer. However, this software appears to require the "gateway"
address of my ISP. Is there a way of finding this on the pc? I am currently
connected to the internet using an ADSL connection and therefore don´t have a
telephone line as such - am I able to make free VOIP calls in this way?

Hi,

You can use VOIP between to computers for free using the products you
mention. If you want to call a regular phone number or cell number from your
PC then companies will charge you for it.

A good example is Skype:
