I recently turned on my computer and it started up ok,
until it got to the title page where you sign in as a guest
or the main user. A system error box popped up. It stated:

Isass.exe - System Error
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.

Is this some sort of virus? Or is it just saying I do not
have enough memory and file space to turn on my computer?

It will not let me even start up my computer, becuase
everytime I click ok when the box pops up, it just restarts
my computer. How am I suppose to fix the error???

Thanks!

Apparently you are running a machine without any current
virus software. You have been infected by a variant of
the OPTIX PRO TROJAN that opens TCP port 3410 and allows
a hacker to control your computer. Run, don't walk, and
buy some antivirus software.

Good Luck
