ISAPNP Read Data Port

I have a Compaq nc6000 laptop. When I install Windows XP SP2 on this laptop,
under System Devices, I see ISAPNP Read Data Port with a yellow exclamation
mark. I cannot seem to find drivers for it.
When I check the properties, in the device status it says "This device
cannot start" (Code10).
This does not seem to cause any functional issues so far but I am frustrated
that I cannot find the solution.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
