isaas.exe initiates a system shutdown

hi all,

whenever this particular file is accessed "isaas.exe" it
initiates a system shudtown with the most similar msg
format which we get while the system shuts down when
infected with a sasser virus. any vauge idea as to what
this isaas.exe is, is it a service/program/application????
any info regarding the same would be highly appereciated.
