I am having trouble understanding the difference between an ISA "Destination"
Set and a ISA "Client Address" set.

Any understandable explanations would be appreciated.

You may want to post in one of the ISA newsgroups for your version of ISA. I
believe a destination set is a rule or part of a rule that allows or denies
access to a destination address/addresses/subnets/domains. The client
address set would probably be the list of clients/IP addresses/users that
can be used in a firewall rule to restrict/allow that group. The link below
may help. I found ISA 2000 confusing to configure but ISA 2004 to be much
better. --- Steve
