Is Word what I need for this?

What I need:
An easy way to ask a user for a number of variables and then use those
variables to create a form thats specific to them (and their
variables).

I don't really care about how "pretty" it looks but I would like a
quick solution (doesn't take me three days to make it). I'd also like
to be able to use a different type of form, based on one of the
variables. I remember making a macro that auto filled a letter based
on a range of values in excel, a long time ago. Could not remember how
to do this again but I thought that it was similar to what I need.

Any help would be appreciated!
