After downloaded and installed SP3, MS-DOS and window 16 bits program
do not work. SP3 was designed not to work MSDOS and 16 bits program
Win2000 is simply sucked. I can't get rid of Win2000.
I can format the HD and get rid of Won2000 but I will lose all my data
that I can't afford that.

Check to make sure the NT Virtual DOS machine (ntvdm.exe) and wowexec.exe is
running or not when you try to run a 16 bit app. winXP has the same setup.

Win2000 SP3 and SP4 both handle MS-DOS and 16-bit Windows programs just
fine when properly installed. If it's not working for you, something is
missing or mis-configured.
