if you're asking if there's a fee or charge of some kind for asking
questions in the microsoft.public newsgroups, then the answer is No, there
is no charge. the ngs are open to the public, questions may be asked and
answered by anyone. the rule of thumb is "let the buyer (post-er) beware" -
there's no guarantee that the answers you get will be either correct or
helpful; though more often than not, they'll be both - especially if posted
by an Access MVP.
