Is this safe to use with XP?

Hello
I have become wary of using third party aps with XP after reading the ng.

Is this safe to use, it is called "crap cleaner" it is used to delete
temporary files etc.

If it does what it promises: yes. You can safely delete all temp files
as long as this is not done during a software installation.
You can, however, do this with the Disk Cleanup tool as well. This
software comes with Windows and is safe to use.

I have XP SP2 and use CCleaner all the time with no problem!
