Is this Blaster

I am running W2K advanced server. I was on the net
throught this box, and when i clicked on the network icon
in the sys tray to disconnect it would not disconnect. Did
this numerous times with no effect. Secondly In the
ADD/Remove programs applete, there are NO programs listed
I do have progs installed. The Close button has this on
it "Cl&ose".

Is this blaster or something else

Not patched as yet. Only discovered it at approx 2200hrs
Canberra 9Australia) Time. I noticed that after unplugging
the modem and reconnecting it, it would redial. No other
computers were switched on and the server was not
configured for ICS. Another symtom, when opening the
network and dial up connections from the start menu and
right clicking on either local connections or dialup
connections to get the properties, a box would pop up
saying "an unexpected error has occurred". Any help?
