Is this an Excel Problem or Otherwise?

On my office system I run Totally MSO 2003 (inc Excel and Outlook). I have
an excel file where I have automated the Import into Excel e-mails from my
O/L Inbox and everything works fine.

I have e-mail the excel file (as an attachment) to my Laptop -- where I have
installed both MSO2003 (excluding Outlook) and MSO 2007 (Where Outlook 2007
is my default e-mail program) --- so this is the Environmental SETTING...

On my Laptop as soon as i open the excel file -- I get the message
"MICROSOFT HAS STOPPED WORKING - and MUST SHUT DOWN -- Thereby a CRASH !!

What is going on? I am very distrawt..................

Any Info would be appreciated....

Try opening the file after disabling macros...

Open VB Editor and change the reference to Outlook12 (2007) library from
Outlook11 (2003) library which you must have set in your Office 2003 setup...

I am assuming Excel 2003 crashes only with this particular file.
