is this a spyware trying to install on my computer

While i was using msn messenger 7.5 my firewall detect
this inbound udp packer, service e450.voice.microsoft.com
with numbers...etcc. does this service belong to
microsoft, i've never gotten this before on 7.0
messenger. the firewall says it's a low risk but i block.
is this a spyware or virus trying to get in. Microsoft
Antispyware never detected this that service.

It's a part of Messenger.

They are both related to Messenger.

Apparantly e450.voice.microsoft.com is used by Messenger
to make voice calls.
