is this a normal boot up speed?

I'm running an Athlon 3000xp on an asus MOBO with 512MB ram, 128 MB AGP
card and an 80 gig maxtor 7200rpm HDD with 2mb cache which is weekly
defragged.
All IDE cables are new and DMA is enabled.
My system takes about 2 mins to load up and a further minute for the HDD
to finish working.
Admittedly I do have zonealarm and avg on startup but shouldnt a fairly
high spec system like this be booting up in under a minute?
Any suggestions on how to speed things up?

That is the reason for "Standby". A couple minutes is not unreasonable
for a Win2k cold boot.
