Is this a glitch?

Is this a glitch? When opening Outlook Express, my AIM
will open at the same time. Maybe one out of 30 times
when opening outlook it happens. Thought I had the short
cuts too close and was in both spaces but since have
moved them far apart and still will happen once in a
while.
