Is this a DVD writer or only to watch DVD's?

How do I know if my Matshita UJDA720 DVD/CDRW is a driver that will write
DVD's?
 
Windows explorer Then Right click on That Drive then choose
properties... if You see a RECORD TAB then it isa WRITER.
