There are certifications called MOUS for Access. Do a search for Microsoft

Jim,

If you are wanting to learn more about OFFICE the MOS certification is great. I didn't realize just how powerful some of the programs were until I started to study for the test. I was trying to learn more about ACCESS but was suprised at how little I knew about WORD, EXCEL and most of all OUTLOOK.

Well worth the effort!
