Is there an option in rules for 30 days old?

I am looking to find out if there is a way to create a rule that will move
messages 30 days old into another folder... i.e. All messages from John Smith
to the folder John Smith after it has become older than 30 days. From what I
can see you can only tell it "before a date" as in a date 30 days ago. but
the rule would have to be changed daily to reflect that. I have a contacts
list with over 3,000 people and clients and like to organise all of my old
emails by name.

You can archive messages based on age but rules don't operate on a
date/range
