First off... please turn of the CAPS LOCK key. It looks like you're
SHOUTING and it's hard to read.
Access is very good at remembering duplicate information. It's a
relational database. You don't store duplicate information, if you can
avoid it; instead, store the information (say the Addresses) in a
Table, *ONCE*; in any other table that needs that information, store
just a "Foreign Key" - a field value that uniquely identifies that
address.
You can use a Combo Box control on a Form to select the desired value
and store it; combo boxes do autocomplete when you type the first two
or three characters.
