Is there an access database in existence for QC concession process

I am looking for a database that acts to record and generate a concession
document as used in ISO9001 quality systems.
The actions included should be able to be drawn / transferred into a report
automatically for identifying areas outstanding.
 
Check out www.caljel.co.uk they do some stuff that is ISO 9000 based, we use
one of their products, they may have something, or may be able to help.
