N Niek Otten Nov 3, 2004 #2 Hi Jolene, Never use the space key to "clear" cells. It does not clear them, it enters a space. Computers think that is something totally different. use the Del key instead -- Kind Regards, Niek Otten Microsoft MVP - Excel
