Is there a way to run off compress old files when using
disk clean?

Line 48, Right column "Disk Cleanup - Compress..."
Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
This will eliminate the option for Compress Old Files

Is there a way to run off compress old files when using
disk clean?

Part 1: START > Run... > Open: cleanmgr /sageset 99
Set the options you want.
Options are save in registry so part 1 is only need one time.
99 can be any number between 1-99.
Part 2: START > Run... > Open: cleanmgr /sagerun 99
