Is there a way to retrieve emails other then recover deleted item

I accidentally deleted my emails in outlook by hitting the Shift Delete
comboination. Now I am unable to recover the emails. I looked in the deleted
items and recover deleted items and the emails are not showing up there.


Please advise if there is any other way to retrieve the emails???? I
urgently need help there where a lot of emails in my mailbox when the delete
took place and now they are all gone....

Aloha Sonia,

If you have an Exchange server ask your Exchange administrator if he can
restore them from backup.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the great advise. However other then the exchange server is there
any other way to retreive the emails? Maybe from the registry?

No, not really, and certainly not by using the registry.

chance in H*** you have of recovery without Exchange server.

Yes. I had the same problem and found a solution that doesn't require at
backup, as long as your Exchange email deletion retention time is good.
