Is there a way to remove a table but leave the contents?

I am trying to format a document that contains tables. I want to remove the
tables, but leave the contents. Does anyone know how to do this?

I think you're asking about Microsoft Word. If so, try asking your
question in one of the Word newsgroups; this one is devoted to general
discussion of Microsoft Access, the database product. Unfortunately, I
don't know Word well enough to give you an answer.
 
If you are talking about Microsoft Word then select the
Table and use the Menu Table / Convert / From Table to
Text ...
