Is there a way to put a outlook 2003 folder onto a cd?

I am trying to put a certin outlook 2003 folder onto a CD. Backup only alows
all folders. Any ideas?

Create a new pst-file ("File", "New", "Outlook Data File") and copy to
it the folder you want. Then close Outlook and burn the file to the CD.

In order to be able to open that file it would have to be copied from the CD
to a hard drive and the read-only attribute would have to be changed to
allow both reads and writes. Otherwise Outlook would not be able to open the
PST file.
