Is there a way to export Outlook XP data to Entourage??

I am having a real hard time trying to export my Outlook XP contacts to
Entourage, Is there any civilized way to do it?

Maybe, but you should ask on a Outlook or Entourage newsgroup. I suggest
a Entourage group.
