Yes, but some NICs can clone a MAC; i.e., the hardware MAC can be
overridden so that the NIC uses a different MAC. You'll need to read
the manual for your NIC (and, maybe, for its driver) to see if and how.

open registry, find this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001
\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002bE10318}
Find the key that represents your Wifi card and add a
value NetworkAddress. right click the NetworkAddress and
click modify. In value data type in the MAC address you
want.
Next time you insert this Wifi card it will have this MAC
address....
