Is there a training CD for FrontPage?

I'm trying to learn HTML on my own and having difficulties. Does anyone know
if there are training CD's?

Thank you, I had to do some digging but found a lot of useful information. I
still think I would do better "watching" things being done, learning by
example.

Once you get a bit of knowlege, find a page you like, right click on it, select View
Source, and see how it's done. Great teacher, it you don't let the more complex stuff put
you off.
