Is there a problem with the way that Outlook sorts after the mail.

Several of the users at my job have noticed that the "From" sorter returns
you to beginning of the list, instead of Grouping the selected name. All of
the user that have experiencing this problem have over 2,000 emails in the
mailbox. Is there a known issue related to mailbox size?
 
No, it works correctly here and I have a lot more... does he have grouping
turned off? Have him try clicking on the field names to show the context
menu, and choosing Custom... then reset the view.
