Hi all,

What is the normal practice for exchange/outlook mail system?

I am managinng an exchange mail server for the company I am working with
now. One of the company policy on mail is to limit exchange mailbox size to
between 50-100MB depending on postion level. So, user need to archive their
mailbox regularly. The user is responsible for safeguarding their own
archived mail. I notice that some of their archive mail size exceed 1GB. Is
this a problem? What is the normal practice?

Regards
RW Lambas.

If these archive PST files are 97-2000 (ANSI-type), then they are
limited to a max size of < 2GB.
