Is there a patch for Snapshot Viewer for Access 2003?

We currently are using MSACCESS 2003 and some d-base users are having issues
with Snapshot viewer. When a report is e-mailed to them using Viewer they
are unable to open the report at all or after clicking on the report 2 or 3
or more times it will open. Some are also receiving temp memory unavailiable
messages but if they close the report and then try again it will open. We
are aware of patches for snapshot viewer but none state they are for use with
access 2003. Any help will be appreciated.

The snapshot viewer is a separate program which does not care what version
of Access you have installed (even no version at all).
